About me

My name is Mick and my passion is motorcycles. I have owned about thirty motorcycles over the past forty years.

All makes and sizes.

I judge motorcycles by what appeals to me.

My current ride is a 2007 Triumph Bonneville – which (apart from a clogged fuel line filter) has proven reliable.

Pictured above is a 1994 Kawasaki Zephyr 750, in the throes of reconstruction.
Powder coated frame, wheels and a modified motor since updated with 32mm smooth-bore Mikuni carbs.

This is an 883 Sportster motor I bought from a friend recently. Will be the center-piece of a custom low slung chopper in the future.

Another project I am slowly getting together is a 1967 T120R Triumph Bonneville.

Frame, motor, wheels and front end were imported from the USA, from different vendors.

I live in Darwin, Australia.
